I have received hundreds of matches, and some of them seem to be very interesting guys. The problem is that I called to cancel the service, and they point blank refused to credit my account for the payment that they had just taken that day. Admittedly, I forgot to cancel 24 hours ahead of time. My bad. But come on. I had emailed two weeks before asking for their refund policy and never got a response. When I told the rep on the phone that, he said they had no record of the email. Very convenient, considering that their 'help' system is closed, meaning I had no way of proving that I had sent it. It all gets sent through their system, with no confirmation email sent or anything. Finding their phone number to call them is difficult (it is hidden on the page you finally access when you try to write a request for help), and the rep who answered my call claimed he was the supervisor and there was no one else who could help me. They have lost a customer for life. |
