A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: heather Location: maryland Sex: Female Rating: ***** Date: November 26, 2007 Eharmony does not deserve any "star." They are a scam. With all the promotions they get, especially on the christian radio ... it's rather disgusting. Eharmony is deceiving and ripping off the Amercan people ... they ought to be ashamed of themselves, but they are probably more proud as ever, knowing they can scam everyone and get away with it. But that's okay, "every dog has its day." What goes around will come back to haunt you. I checked my email on 11/26/07 and noticed that Eharmony sent me a notice on 11/25/07 regarding renewing my subscription. When I called them to cancel all subscription and refund my money they refused. I was NEVER given any advance notice that my subscription was about to the expired ... yet, to be renewed. Of course, when I called they refused to refund because according to their policy .. we must cancel on the day of the renewal. Of course, I was travelling over the Thanksgiving Day holiday and did not check my email on Sunday, November 25 (the day of the renewal). Yet, less than 24 hours (I called eharmony @ 10:15 am) after this renewal, they refused to refund my money back to my credit card. Surprisingly, I never connected with anyone on their matches. I believe they are a scam and should be removed from all advertising promotions... they are deceiving the American people ... (EHARMONY, DECEIVING IS NOT THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE ... WHY DO YO DO IT ... OF COURSE, IT DOESN'T BOTHER YOUR CONSCIOUS AS LONG AS YOUR POCKET GET BIGGER AND BIGGER ... SHAME ON YOU!) Once again, I will never recommend Eharmony to anyone. As a person with integrity, I will no longer support any business who cannot and will not be honest. Eharmony, your policy is NOT the best ... HONESTY IS STILL THE BEST POLICY.
