A Review of eHarmonyWrite your own review of eHarmony! Reviewed By: Dan Location: Florida Sex: Male Rating: ***** Date: September 06, 2008 There should definitely be a ZERO star rating for eHarmony. The problem with this service is their staff and policies. I made the mistake of "browsing" before my divorce was final. Then, after it was final, I went back to update my file and couldn't do so! I keep getting advice on marraige counseling! I started writing them after it was final to find out how to update my profile. I kept getting form letters in return telling me that I had to wait until it was final! They did not even read my letters, as I had stated in every one of them that it was already final and I needed to know how to upadate my profile. This went on back and forth for over 2 months. Finally, they told me they want all kinds of personal information about it and want me to relive the most horrific and painful part of my life just to use their so-called service. After sending them the requested info several times over the course of a month, they still will not update my profile. I went to this eHarmony thing for a promise of a new beginning and have gotten nothing but the run-around and heartache. I was treated with indifference and sheer neglect. These people are ignorant, heartless, can't read, and have driven me to abject helplessness. No wonder they are at the bottom of the dating-service pile. Match.com is far more usable, popular (obviously), and personable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS EXCLUSIVE, CARELESS, HEARTLESS AND INSENSITIVE COMPANY. |
