A Review of True.comWrite your own review of True.com! Reviewed By: MW Location: Minnesota Sex: Male Rating: ***** Date: September 22, 2009 Watch out! True.com was a waste of time for me, and it had quite confusing billing terms. True.com has a lot of inactive profiles. In my area, I sent out multiple emails, only to find out from customer service that almost all of those profiles were inactive (or perhaps fraudulent). Moreover, True.com tries to confuse you regarding their trial period and your required cancellation date. When you sign up, they tell you that you have to cancel or billing will begin on a stated date. That date is actually the day AFTER you have to cancel. If you don't cancel the day before, then they bill you and give you a lot of grief about their own language. |
