My photo and personal information was stolen from another web dating site. After I removed my profile from that site (because I found someone) I later found out that Matchmaker had my profile up on their site. This was pointed out by my girlfriend, who nearly broke up with me! I have contacted Matchmaker several times over the past two months requesting to demanding they remove my photo and information from their site. They have given me B.S. answers and now have moved my profile from my city in my state to another city saying my information was deleted.

The site must be hurting for members to have them steal from other websites and falsifying profiles. I suggest that you not only that you not put a profile up on Matchmaker but also boycott Date.com as they are the parent company.

I would suggest you leave this website alone or you may end up with a very large dildo shoved up your ass while in a drug crazed state of mind, as I ended up doing. I didn't do that sort of thing until trying to internet date a lot of scumbag guys. They usually want to shove something up your ass, and not always just their cock.

I just realized that date.com never canceled my initial trial; though I canceled it prior to the trial date. I am P.O.'d especially since on their site: in the "contact us"area - it won't accept the email to send. I'm trying to find their phone number to cancel. So mad at myself for not realizing the coded number on my statement wasn't from the charge card company. A lesson learned the hard way; Hope I get it settled soon. Anyone successful in canceling theirs? Let me know how you did it.

Random sounds like the site stalker that hounded me until I had to mail block him when I tried Date.com. Well, he's right on one thing, Date.com went nowhere and the few reviews it got proves it. Stay away, stay far, far away. That goes for you too, Random.

All you losers can't even figure out that this website is a minor player and is going nowhere. Why don't you go jump a herd of sheep or something? Isn't that what you really have experience in? Maybe you should all sign up for a Jerry Springer show.

I have several profiles online at Date.com. In one profile I am heterosexual looking for a male. In another I am bisexual looking for a female for me and my boyfriend. I also like to hook up with a lesbian gal now and then, so I also have a lesbian profile. I am bisexual, so I like guys and gals about equal. I am sincere and honest in all my dealings. I really do like dating guys and gals. This has been a great website for me, but then I am attractive and haven't had much trouble getting dates anyway. I was always covered up with plenty of dates in college, and since I went to colege in the city I lived in, I still date my old college contacts if there isn't anything happening online. I've had a blast, and hope you do too. There are lots of losers out there, but I ignore them.

I signed up for their 3-day free trial gold membership. After 2 days, their auditors hadn't approved my photo. It was a standard, uncomplicated headshot. I tried to cancel the membership before the 3 days were up, to avoid getting billed. Well, you can check out any time, but you can never leave! A week later, I have canceled membership 4 times, and deleted my profile 3 times. It's never really gone. I got nothing free but a headache. My picture was approved on day 3. I'm not paying for this.

This site worked for me. I have a fiance in Gomel, Belarus. We actually have had what I would consider to be a quite normal relationship, but in Cyberspace.
